Principal’s Message

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to the Belle Vernon Area Middle School.  As Principal of this school I see a tremendous opportunity for our children by uniting our middle schools into one.  The physical, emotional, social and academic needs will be met more appropriately by the joining of our middle schools.  Above all, we want a safe nurturing environment for all children.  We all agree expectations should be high for all children, parents, teachers, and administrators.  We realize that extraordinary efforts are required to insure all students are achieving at high levels and are prepared for the transition to high school.  We have a dedicated staff with a passion of teaching students at this age level, willing to address the needs of all students.  I am looking forward to working with everyone as “one school, one community”.  This is our time, our legacy, our chance to touch the future.  All of us at BVA will join forces to see our children
succeed in the 21st century.

The Belle Vernon Area Middle School Student Council will be sponsoring a Gene & Boots Easter candy sale for their final fundraiser this year.  Like our first fundraiser, proceeds will help pay for programs and activities offered by the school.  The fundraiser will run until March 5 to ensure a timely delivery before Easter.  We are asking that all students participate since the school will make 40% profit from the sale.

Please keep the white master sheet for your own records.  Each student is to turn in a yellow order sheet which will be returned at the time of delivery.  Please collect all money upfront and make checks payable to BVAMS Activities Fund.
