Belle Vernon Area Middle School Boys Soccer
Belle Vernon Area Middle School Indoor Soccer Winter Training/Conditioning:
-It begins on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Belle Vernon Area Middle School from 330 pm to 500 pm. All rides MUST be pre-arranged and transportation is not provided.
-An email with a tentative practice calendar and other information will be sent out on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 for all those players who signed up or expressed interest.
Physical Dates and Information:
Fall 2018 Sports' Physicals will be given at Belle Vernon Area High School on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in the HS Nurse's Office. All forms needed to be turned in ahead of time. All new players (6th and 7th Grade) will need to take the IMPACT Test with Mr. Ferreri, our Athletic Trainer. The test will be good for two years.
** All students MUST have a completed physical to participate in practices and games. These forms MUST be completed and turned in to either Coach Divelbliss, Coach Coneybeer, or Coach Staschia by August 1, 2018 to participate and be eligible.
**If you choose to go to your family doctor, you must use the CIPPE Forms that were provided to you!
All six pages of the CIPPE Forms must be completed in their entirety before coming to the physical. If you go to your Family Physician for the physical, then the CIPPE Forms must also be completed. The physical MUST be dated no earlier than June 1, 2018
All players must also have an IMPACT Test. The IMPACT Test is good for (2) years and must be current. A computer lab will be utilized at the High School for the testing with our Athletic Trainer, Mr. Joe Ferreri.
Copies of the CIPPE Forms are available on this webpage, the BVA website, and in each of the school buildings if needed.
**Media Day is at the Belle Vernon Area Stadium (James Weir Stadium) and is not currently scheduled.
